JOB SUMMARYThe Sr. Marketing Associate contributes to the development, implementation, tracking and optimization of Spectrum’s marketing efforts, focusing on the small business audience under the Spectrum Business brand. The Sr. Associate will assist with compiling strategic insights and providing recommended actions for the business to pursue.This role requires frequent interaction with cross-functional departments and peers; including collaboration with a variety of analytics teams across the marketing and sales organizations, along with the small business marketing team.This role is On-site, Stamford 4 days. 1 Day Hybrid.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop materials to inform the organization of strategic iniatitives and drivers.Interpret performance results to evaluate existing strategy and develop recommendations for business directionConduct research to inform key iniatitives, ensuring sources and context are accurateCollaborate with teams across the organization to develop insights and build into marketing plansEvaluate competitors marketing plans to find opportunities to stand out and lead industryPerform other duties as requested by managerREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSRequired Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

Ability to read, write, speak and understand English

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and across corporate functions

Must be organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task while working on a variety of projects in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery

Strong analytical reasoning skills and creative problem solving skills

Ability to work independently to complete projects within established timeframes

Ability to prioritize, exercise good judgment and initiative to accomplish job duties

Ability to relate to vendors, advertising agencies, customers and potential customers

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Ability to work proficiently in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
