Description
Turnkey Vendor PPV & Prepay analysis, monthly JE’s: Analyze and ensure accuracy and timeliness of all excel files for PPV and Prepay from turnkey vendors monthly. Create JE’s from the files and then code invoices/credits that tie out to the JE’s.
Monthly Turnkey Receivable JE’s and Reconciliations: Book JE’s for any turnkey receivables and do monthly reconciliation
Maintain Supplier Price Catalog in JDE: Maintain and ensure accuracy of all PO pricing for all suppliers that should roll up to the standard costs in JDE
Maintain all standard costs in JDE: Maintain and ensure accuracy of all standard costs in JDE. Create new standards throughout the year on innovation. Ensure all skus have a standard in JDE and haven’t been added without a cost.
Yearly Standard Cost Roll and Inventory Revaluation: Set new budget standards each year using current purchase pricing. Once standards are approved, they are then loaded into JDE. Also an inventory revaluation is done for all the new updated standards using current inventory on hand.
Monthly inventory revaluation JE and reconciliation: Book monthly JE’s for inventory revaluation generated on any items where the standard cost changed. Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliation.
Monthly inventory reporting, and weekly/monthly borrowing base: Update month end reporting templates for inventory and provide to upper management. Update borrowing base weekly and monthly based on current on hand inventory which shows our current asset position for bank borrowing purposes.
Ad hoc inventory, volume, and cost analysis: ad hoc analysis that is needed weekly in each of these buckets pulling standard, volume, and inventory info into excel and creating an analysis
Knowledge of JDE
