The Air Management Systems segment of the Power & Controls business is a diverse business providing products supporting both commercial and military customers and has an immediate opening for a highly energetic, self-starter Contracts Demand Administrator to support International Regional Programs on our team in Windsor Locks, CT. The position reports to the International Regional Contracts Demand Manager for EACS. This person would support our Rome, NY and Windsor Locks, CT sites.This team would prefer the candidate to be a commutable distance to the Windsor Locks, CT location to report on-site as needed.Primary Responsibilities: Manage and be responsible for managing Customer Purchase Orders- scheduling and tracking.
Manage and be responsible for all aspects of Customer Zero Hour Returned Units
Support Program Office and Operations Teams
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
Assist Contract Administrators with Account Receivable Issues
Adhere to and comply with Standard Work Processes
Adhere to Import/ Export Compliance Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 2 years prior relevant experience OR
In absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Preferred Qualifications:1+ year experience in a business or contracts related field preferred
Existing proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
SAP knowledge preferred
Proven ability to tactfully interface with external customers and cross-functional teams
