Executes financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts to support business plans. Responsible for developing analysis and projections and conducting small projects.Primary Responsibilities:Partner with Contracts, Production Control, Program Management and Cost EstimatingTeams to develop detailed cost and price analysis for Military aftermarket proposalsEnsure proposal compliance with government regulations, Collins internalregulations/procedures and Collins pricing guidelinesDevelop, maintain and periodically audit compliance processes for direct and indirect government proposalsLead strategies for customer and internal business unit proposed profit levels and overall standard pricing ground rulesProvide ad hoc analysis and disciplinary knowledge on projects.Provide support for pricing and sales.Works cross-functionally across the business and coordinates proposal process.Work is flexible on-site versus remote. Position will begin remote due to COVID-19.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experienceORAdvance degree and 3 years of relevant experienceORIn absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is requiredMust be a U.S. CitizenA self-motivated individual, who is able to work independently and meet deadlines, is requiredStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint) is essentialPreferred Qualifications:Previous experience working in the aerospace industry and or experience working with Collins AerospaceKnowledge of SAPHistory of process improvement skillsMBA/ MFA or related is preferredExperience in Commercial and Military Pricing and US Government contract clauses (FAR, DFAR, TINA, etc.) iStrong analytical skills, including statistical analyses, are required and ability to tell a story using data.The selected individual will need to be highly organized, with strong attention to detail and able to manage multiple prioritiesMust be able to effectively work in a cross-functional environmentCandidates who possess analytical and project management skills and are able to train others in the same competenciesProposal Pricing and Compliance Auditing experienceCollins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry.
