SummaryThe weight room attendant will provide assistance, information and guidance to all customers of the Fitness Center. He/she will have basic knowledge of the weight room, front desk operations and be very flexible.Essential Job Functions:Maintain knowledge of Sea Colony, refer guests to other areas of Sea Colony. Set up and break down aerobics classes. Maintain weight room, basketball court, aerobics room. Provide information regarding activities and classes. Maintain clean towel inventory. Maintain knowledge of merchandise and services for sale, including prices. Assist in weight room, spot if needed. Assist front desk. Greet guests and verify membership if needed. Answer phone, act as cashier. Provide clerical support to manager.Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:Knowledge of fitness equipment preferredAdditional Requirements
CPR Certification required
Excellent customer service skills required
Great communication skills
Be dependable
FLEXIBLE AVAILABILITY TO INCLUDE EVENINGS, WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS IS REQUIRED
