Habitat Logistics, a Philly-based startup is looking for someone to own recruitment of Delivery Drivers in Newark!
Youll be joining a company coming off a successful fundraising campaign and poised to make big gains in 2019. There's potential for you to grow into any branch of the company if you have the drive and grit to make it!
You will:
-Optimize the conversion of Runner applicants to active runners.
-Balance your schedule to include appointments with applicants each day.
-Build rapport with Runner applicants.
-Other small administrative tasks
About You:
Youre a self-starter as there will be minimal supervision
Positive listener and learner
Youre a team player, and prefer to lead by example
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PPT) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs)
Professional attitude
Nice to haves:
Knowledge of the food delivery industry
Experience in a high-growth or early-stage start-up is a plus
