A Platinum Dining Group Sous Chef is second in command to the executive chef in all back of the house operations. The sous chef will assist in the hiring, training, and scheduling of all kitchen staff, maintain standards for safety and cleanliness, as well as offering suggestions for menu items and features. In the absence of the executive chef, the sous chef is responsible for all kitchen operations.
