Restaurant Manager Opportunities
Total Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 based on experience

At this time we are currently looking for the following Restaurant Manager positions in the Newark area:
Kitchen Manager
Front of the House Manager

Culinary Manager: 3-5 years of current Full Service Restaurant Kitchen/BOH Manager experience
Front of the House Manager: 2-3 years of current Full Service Restaurant Management experience
Previous experience managing high volume (over $3m per year) Full Service Restaurants
A stable work history - no more than two jobs in the previous five years
Strong track record of hiring and developing talented hourly employees
Outstanding oral, written, and verbal communication skills
Passion for customer service and taking care of guests
Dedication to excellent food quality and ensuring our kitchen maintains high levels of hygiene and consistency
Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the Newark area
