Bidermann Golf Course is in the process of hiring individuals within the Grounds and Agronomy operation for seasonal employment. Come join us for an awesome and fantastic team atmosphere! Bidermann GC is a private 18-hole golf course in serene surroundings designed in 1965 and is located by the Winterthur Gardens property 20 minutes north of the city of Wilmington.
Salary and Schedule
- Between $13 - $15.00 per hour (based on commitment and experience)
- Opportunities for overtime each week.
- Experience is preferred but not required.
- Full-time seasonal, part-time, and flex scheduling options are available.
- Seasonal positions are available from March through November.

Responsibilities
- Mowing of fine turf areas and playing surfaces.
- Bunker maintenance and grooming.
- Equipment operation after proper training certification.
- Assisting in golf course construction projects targeted in Spring and Fall.
- Completing other duties and projects as assigned.
Special Requirements
- You must be available to work mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
- You must have reliable transportation.
- You must support a safe working environment.
- You must be dependable, cooperative, and supportive of a team environment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk three miles per day.
- Ability to lift, carry, pull, or push objects up to 50 pounds or more.
- Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
