Pegasus Technologies has an opening for a full-time dispatch telephone operator for a stable and growing Technology Managed Services company. Candidate should have at least 3 years of experience handling customer calls, data entry and office administrative tasks.
Responsibilities Include:
⢠Data entry projects
⢠Utilizing spreadsheets within Microsoft Excel
⢠Greet all incoming clients (walk-ins, phone calls)
⢠Scheduling
⢠Responding to voicemails and emails
⢠Assist with scheduling computer technicians
⢠Managing schedules and support requests in CRM software
⢠Correspondence with clients upon their request
⢠Handle shipping and mailing of packages
⢠Office supply Inventory
⢠Report administration (creating and interpretation)
Skills & Abilities:
⢠Resilient attention to detail and accuracy
⢠Outstanding communication skills
⢠Multi-tasking / Organizational skills a must
⢠Experienced with Microsoft Word/ Outlook/ Excel
⢠Team player
⢠Customer service experience
Job Compensation:
