Pegasus Technologies has an opening for a full-time dispatch telephone operator for a stable and growing Technology Managed Services company. Candidate should have at least 3 years of experience handling customer calls, data entry and office administrative tasks.

Responsibilities Include:

• Data entry projects

• Utilizing spreadsheets within Microsoft Excel

• Greet all incoming clients (walk-ins, phone calls)

• Scheduling

• Responding to voicemails and emails

• Assist with scheduling computer technicians

• Managing schedules and support requests in CRM software

• Correspondence with clients upon their request

• Handle shipping and mailing of packages

• Office supply Inventory

• Report administration (creating and interpretation)

Skills & Abilities:

• Resilient attention to detail and accuracy

• Outstanding communication skills

• Multi-tasking / Organizational skills a must

• Experienced with Microsoft Word/ Outlook/ Excel

• Team player

• Customer service experience

Job Compensation:
