A Middletown, Odessa, Townsend area hotel is hiring for a Front Desk Manager position
Essential Functions:
Scheduling, interviewing, hiring, training and termination of front desk associates
Ensures proper handling of guest complaints. Initiates corrective actions
Responsible for forecasting and maximizing revpar
Fills in as front desk associate when needed
Acts as acting General Manager on G.M.'s days off
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
Ability to work varied shifts including weekend and holidays
Experience:
Prior Hilton experience strongly preferred
Must have previous reservations and revenue experience
Prior supervisory experience preferred
