Small Real Estate company is looking for the ideal candidate who would will be highly organized and detail oriented, have great interpersonal and computer skills, and have the ability to multi-task. ABILITY TO GROW!
Help manage the general office environment:
Manage client requests & complaints
Misc marketing tasks
Answering telephones, sending emails, taking messages, and setting up appointments
All other duties as may arise from time to time
Requirements:
You must be punctual and responsible
You should be outgoing, personable, and communicate well
You must have excellent communication skills
Must be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities
Must be able to take initiative and demonstrate flexibility when priorities shift
Must be computer literate (very important)
Experience in MS Excel & MS Word a plus
Compensation: Depends on Experience / please submit requirements
HOURS: ideally looking for someone from 9-5PM
