Experienced Maintenance Technicians needed for Full Time position at large Newark area apartment community.
Must have experience in all phases of apartment maintenance:
Electrical, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, ceramic tile installation, etc.
HVAC experience is a plus, but is not required.
