Job Summary
As a Part Time Brand Representative for Apple with in Best Buy, you help create the energy and excitement around Apple products, providing the right solutions and getting products into customers' hands. You understand that Apple is dedicated to delivering a customer experience that's unlike any other. It starts with you discovering customers' needs and matching those needs with the right products. Every day is an opportunity for you to turn another guest into a loyal Apple customer.
Key Qualifications:
-18 years or older
-H.S. Diploma or G.E.D.
-iPhone + Data Plan
-Possess working iOS software knowledge and have the ability to educate others on it
-Possess working Apple product knowledge and have the ability to educate others on it
-MINIMUM of 1+ years in Retail and/or Wireless Sales
-Positive Attitude and Customer Service Excellence
Description:
As a Brand Representative for Apple, you're highly skilled at uncovering customers' needs, then following through with enlightening solutions. You are the person who guides customers through the Apple experience-- advising, selling, and even setting up their new products. You will also perform other roles including maintaining visual merchandising or assisting team members. Always curious, you stay on top of news about products and initiatives, ready to apply your learning in customer interactions. Your success is measured by team and individual productivity as well as overall store performance. You're proud to represent Apple, and you get great satisfaction from helping customers develop lifelong relationships with Apple.

⢠Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing and moving items
⢠Requires the ability to move around the store, assist customers and maneuver merchandise when necessary
⢠Performs additional job duties as assigned
⢠Ability to lift up to 20 pounds independently
