After opening our newest location HomeStar is seeking an Account Executive looking for a career opportunity. Recently awarded by Inc. Magazine's as the 53rd fastest growing company in America this position is ideal for candidates looking to grow quickly in Sales or Management.

As a full-time Account Executive you will be trained in our sales process as well as our products and services. There is BASE PAY PLUS UNCAPPED COMMISSION. Training is paid so previous industry experience is not required. If you implement what is learned in training you WILL be successful.

Responsibilities and Duties

Adherence to our Win-Win selling philosophy

Identify the customers needs and articulate our solution

Development and coordination of direct marketing and sales strategies

Promotion of HomeStar's products and services to prospective and existing clients

Delivery of short, business development presentations on high quality products

Participation in ongoing sales training and support

Qualifications and Skills

Highly evolved interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline

A student mentality with a passion for learning a wide-range of additional skills

A naturally outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settings

Desire to mentor other colleagues and constantly refine your skill set

BA/BS preferred
