We are looking for a motivated individual to bring aboard our alternative medicine store (Ce3Be3De3 ¦ sorry for the cryptic text, we keep getting flagged). Sales experience may be a plus but is not required. This is an ever changing industry, so we need someone who is able to keep up with an ever changing market. There is also a large number of different types of products so it will take some time learning all of what we offer, but otherwise this is a fun, laid back, and rewarding business to be in ( seeing tears of joy out of a stranger can truly motivate you! )
Honestly, we just dont want any b.s.
What we are looking for in a candidate:
You need to be personable - This is still a sales position. We do not encourage hard selling! That being said, when a person approaches you, you need to be able to hold the conversation and meet their needs.
You NEED to know your stuff - We will 100% teach you everything you need to know about these products and where they come from, however you NEED to be someone that can hold that information and deliver it when needed. People are going to be coming up to you with issues, and you need to know which product to recommend and why.
Other than that, we are pretty open. Youll come to learn that this industry is a pretty awesome one to be a part of, and with our background in other states markets we intend to position ourselves as this industry continues to grow with the relationships we have established throughout our history.
