Family business located in Dover, is looking for motivated individuals with Customer Service experience who are interested in being trained as a Sales Consultant or Professional Pawn Brokers. Candidates must be outgoing and enjoy working with the public, be a team player with leadership potential. Customer service or sales experience and good communications skills a must. Applicants must be over 18, have transportation, basic computer and math skills, be trustworthy, self motivated, reliable, and professional. References required. Advancement opportunities and potential Management position available for the right individual. Hours vary, 15 - 40 hours a week and potential overtime. Shifts range form 4-10 hrs.
Positions in online Customer Service and Social Media Marketing may also be available.
Potential Advancement and Management opportunities available. There is an opportunity to earn bonuses.
Paid Training $9. per hour for the first 30 days. Base pay and compensation to be determined at the 30 Day Review. Compensation package based on experience, job position, and performance during the training period.
Drivers License and transportation required. Must be willing to submit to a background check.
