Our client is an established company known for their assortment of apparel, footwear, accessories, and athletics. They are looking for Sales Associates to start immediately in Newark, DE.
Position Overview:
The Sales Associates will be responsible for delivering excellent customer experiences, ringing up merchandise, organizing stock and adhering to the brand standards.
PPE (Personal Protective Equipment such as masks/gloves) will be provided to all associates
Responsibilities of the Sales Associates:
Greet and welcome customers to the store
Exhibit exemplary customer service skills
Utilize POS system and ring up customers
Able to work with a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management skills
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Capable of being able to handle multiple tasks at once
Accurately process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor that adheres to company standards
Qualifications for the Sales Associates:
Related work and/or retail experience
Positive attitude
Knowledge of POS system
Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high volume environment
Ability to lift packages up to 25 lbs.
Consistent timeliness and regular attendance
Education Requirements:
Associate’s Degree or High School Diploma
