Wilmington Collision Center has an immediate opening for an experienced estimator. At least two years of recent experience is required.
We have a clean and organized office. We are relatively a low pressure shop focusing on customer service and high quality repairs.
While we work with all insurance companies and seek to improve our relationships with them we do not have any DRP's therefore we do what is best for the customer first, not the insurance company.
We have new equipment in the shop and new computers in the office. We use CCC One for management and estimating.
Some of the duties are- Estimating, parts ordering and receiving, answering phones, updating customers, negotiating insurance estimates, etc. You must be well spoken and happy!
Pay plan will be a salary plus a bonus based on sale.
