Construction Company seeks full time handy-person /maintenance technicians for renovation projects in the Delmarva Peninsula.
Essential Tasks and Responsibilities
⢠We are looking for someone who has exceptional handyman skills with knowledge in carpentry (framing), electrical, plumbing and laminate / tile / vinyl flooring etc.
⢠Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks such as changing furnace filters, fixing clogged sinks or toilets.
⢠Replacement of plumbing and electrical fixtures.
⢠Painting and drywall repairs
⢠Furniture assembly, hanging curtain rods and replacing window blinds
⢠Additional responsibilities presented upon application
Requirements
⢠Must have a knowledge, skill and ability to perform a variety of general maintenance tasks.
⢠High School degree or GED plus 5 years maintenance experience
⢠Must own basic hand tools to perform duties
⢠Must pass basic pre-employment background check
Emergency Maintenance
â¢Completes a rotation on call for the Emergency Call Service.
