We are a full-service Property Management company seeking experienced Landscaping and Grounds Technicians. We own, build and operate prime real estate in DE, PA, NJ, and MD. This position requires a good eye, mindset, and leadership. The ability to apply best practices to maintaining properties, not just a mowing crew.
Must have a proven knowledge of horticultural/landscape techniques and hardscape installations, the ability to interact effectively with clients, lead and motivate a crew, and manage all aspects of the landscape process on site.
Knowledge of:
-Storm Water Managment
-Irrigation Systems
-Turf Care/Treatment
-Herbicides
-Plant/Shrub/Tree Care
We are a Management Company, not a contractor/service provider. This position must understand the difference. We apply the industries best practices with a proactive approach, not retroactive.
Candidates must have:
-Must have at least 3-5 years relevant experience.
-A valid driver's license.
-HS Diploma or GED.
-A degree in Horticulture/Landscape Design is a plus.
Compensation will be determined by proven experience.
