DescriptionThe Cloud Infrastructure Performance Manager is responsible for managing and tracking all performance metrics associated with the cloud infrastructure portfolio of products. Identify metrics, implement process to collect data points trend, and provide recommendations on opportunities for improvementResponsibilities
Develop and maintain a portfolio cloud infrastructure performance metrics tactical plan and revise quarterly
Implement and track multi-facetted performance measures and refine to drive business outcomes
Establish baselines measure and targets for performance.
Collect and gather the data manually or leveraging system automation capabilities. Drive towards automation.
Identify areas of improvement and coordinate with cloud infrastructure teams to drive change
Research and Identify industry trends and provide recommendations
Familiar with Balanced Scorecard, OKRs measures and outcomes
Demonstrates knowledge of ITSM/operational, financial, Agile, and/or quality standards
Educate and partner with stakeholders to continuously improve cloud infrastructure outcomes
Develop/maintain weekly activity plan and build monthly performance dashboard
Partner with broader Humana metrics/analytics teams on best practice development/adoption
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or a related field
4+ years of demonstrated experience in operational, project or enterprise performance management/monitoring
Demonstrated experience in technical product selection, technical design and practical implementation of IT solutions
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Business Administration
Six Sigma and/or Project Management Institute certification
Experience in the health solutions industry
