RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Newark, DE that is seeking a Change Manager for a remote position.

The ideal candidate will:
Be energized by anticipating and working through interdependencies, roadblocks, and opportunities across several workstreams within the Program
Be committed to working closely and partnering with others to drive effective project engagement objectives
Be effective in creating and delivering program communications using multiple medias to varied stakeholder groups, in partnership with team members
Recognize the importance of maintaining a -long-term results- view while making day-to-day choices
Be capable of working with ambiguity in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Able to work virtually (6-12 months)
Build and improve change and engagement strategies developed from pervious phases of the program

Responsibilities include:
In partnership with Program Manager, assess and coordinate change engagement across the projects and workstreams of the Program
Coordinate change and engagement plans and activities with the program to ensure alignment with Enterprise change planning
Execute Program change strategy updates, stakeholder analysis updates, engagement planning and facilitating, communication planning and execution, creation of effectiveness measures to support project adoption success
Coach project teams on change management methodologies as needed
Utilize Enterprise-established methods, tools, and processes for Change Management and Project Management
Collaborate with IT PMO community team members
Encourage diverse thinking and focus on the impacted Associates point of view in each project
Develop productive relationships with Associates on the project teams and within the organization
Drive Program SharePoint updates as a critical stakeholder engagement conduit

REQUIREMENTS:
5 years of experience executing change management expertise across all aspects of a change program including: stakeholder management, leadership alignment, business process alignment, communications, change management, adoption risk assessment, training content development, and measurement

Demonstrated ability to:
Coach and effectively influence leaders and Associates to choose to work in new ways
Successfully perform as an internal or external consultant
Partner to effectively plan, organize, develop, and execute coordinated stakeholder management, change management and communications in support of adopting new ways of working and achieving differentiated business outcomes across the Program workstreams
Design and facilitate working sessions, workshops and/or other types of large stakeholder engagements

Exceptionally self-motivated, directed, curious and driven to seek to understand
Ability to work in teams and motivate others in a team-oriented, highly collaborative environment
Familiarity with project management principles and tools
Familiarity working with agile project delivery
Desire and ability to continuously learn
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Fluent in both written and spoken English
