We are seeking a Compliance Risk Management Senior Associate to join the KYC Policy team, based in Newark, DE, to execute our policy change management process.As part of Risk Management and Compliance, you are at the center of keeping JPMorgan Chase strong and resilient. You will be responsible for executing the global KYC Policy team's change management process:

Conduct and facilitate the teams Governance meetings, including the KYC change management forum and KYC Committee

Coordinate with the team and stakeholders to collect and prepare meeting materials / Capture and distribute detailed meeting minutes timely

Act as key point of contact for questions and uphold the team's governance requirements related to change management process

Ensure user guides and procedure documents are kept up to date

Perform the team's monthly policy release and publication process

Maintain controls process to ensure data integrity / Assist in the execution of process enhancements and innovation

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

5+ years of relevant Compliance or other related experience; such as Risk management, Audit, or similar Control-related experience

Experience hosting calls with senior managers / Strong the ability to partner with stakeholders

Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills

Ability to work both independently and as a team member

Organized and detail -oriented; possess a high-level of attention to detail and quality for their work product

Possess strong written and oral executive-level communications skills
