TITLE: Business/Reporting Analyst

Location: Wilmington, DE

Our financial services client is searching for a Business/Reporting Analyst for their team in Wilmington, DE. This is a hybrid role with 3 days/week in the office.

What You'll Do:

  • Creation and maintenance of monthly financial reporting on infrastructure allocations - Zoom, phones, etc.
  • Comfortable in a " "start-up type environment " "
  • Has a continuous improvement focus - reviewing existing and building new processes
  • Can prepare and present information in a way that is clear & concise
  • Can come up with creative solutions and has an aptitude for learning
  • Can work across teams - finance, P&A, and technology to help improve processes and drive decision making
  • Can communicate ideas and assist in story-line development


Skills / Experience You Will Need:
  • 3+ years of experience with the following:
    • Essbase
    • Excel
    • Powerpoint
    • Reporting package development




  • Good analytical aptitude and communication skills


  • Data mining experience


  • May have Alteryx or Tableau expertise
