Notes for the manager:
"This role would be decidedly focused on the global scaling of client website with some roadmap requirements gathering thrown in here and there. So as we start to deal with Singapore, Japan, China, Russia, India and the EU, this BA is going to be the one expected to support the off-hours meetings that come with teleconferences in Asia.
Because of this, flexible working arrangements are on the table to ensure the BA doesn't end up working a normal 40 hour week + 5-8 off-hours meetings, however despite the global nature of the position we have a strong preference to align the core working hours with East Coast time so the person should be based somewhere close by."
Sr. Digital BA role
Managing requirements for Scrum team working on creation of websites, portals, and other digital assets for Medical users.
Managing relationships and prioritisation with stakeholders, negotiating priorities across multiple demand streams, and identifying integration points between projects.
Defining user stories, test scripts, and supporting UAT.
Working closely with offshore development team, and geographically diverse project team.
Experience working with internal and agency designers and UX teams.
