Job Description
This position will be part of the DuPont Logistics team that is being separated from DuPont in 2021 as part of the overall DuPont merger of the Nutrition and Biosciences business unit (N&B) with International Flavors and Fragrances (IFF).
This role would globally support our Logistics and Order Fulfillment organization to drive continuous improvement in our Transportation / Logistics and Warehousing business processes by leveraging the full capabilities of : (1) SAP and related applications, and (2) our transactional / operational services and capabilities at our service centers in India, China, Spain and Mexico.
Position Responsibilities :
Functional and business process support of Transportation / Logistics and Warehousing with an initial focus on P40 (SAP) and related applications (OTM, GTS, etc).
Leverage technical capabilities of systems / applications and best practice business processes to identify and drive improvement initiatives in productivity and service.
Training and development of key users / super users.
Be the Logistics and N&B Order Fulfillment liaison for IT in integration and improvement projects. Translate business change requests into technical requirements and work with BPO’s on prioritization and lead the change management process within Order Fulfillment.
Define service center strategy for N&B Order Fulfillment and oversee operational / transactional processes supporting Logistics and Order Fulfillment that are currently outsourced to global / regional service centers.
Work closely with service centers to identify and jointly drive continuous improvement in service levels and productivity.
Job Qualification
Knowledge / Skills / Attributes
Expert knowledge of Order To Cash related business processes, SAP functionality and modules.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Transportation Management system, SAP Global Trade
Services preferred.
Knowledge and experience in designing EDI solutions is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work across multiple countries and cultures.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Creative / continuous improvement mindset with strong change management skills.
Good command of English and communication skills
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree
10+ years of experience in Logistics operations, business process management
