Complete Description: The client has developed an in-house licensing system to manage occupational and professional licensing intake, issuance and reporting. The system was developed using the .NET framework. The contractor will provide development services to ensure the system meets the required functionality. Responsibilities:
Designs develop, enhances, debugs, and implements software.
Troubleshoots production problems related to software applications.
Researches, tests, build, and coordinate the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements.
Designs and develops new software products or major enhancements to existing software.
Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms.
Consults with project teams and end-users to identify application requirements.
Resolves problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
Participates in the development of software user manuals.
Minimum Education/Certification Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
