Are you interested in improving and shaping the consumer fraud protection industry in a group of intelligent and motivated individuals?

Leidos is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Lead/Architect to lead the ServiceNow operational platform and provide continuous improvement of existing ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and App Engine solutions for an enterprise. The successful candidate will be able to adapt to client needs, and to continuously elaborate on the enterprise ServiceNow roadmap, that delivers core capabilities and expanded features as time progresses. The candidate will collaborate with a diverse workforce within a matrix environment and must be able to communicate effectively in obtaining and synthesizing requirements from external stakeholders, while working with the team to build upon the existing ServiceNow foundation.

Location: Washington, DC

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and design the implementation of various new modules associated with ServiceNow applications across a midsized organization.
  • Lead licensing calibrations and optimization for enterprise
  • Develop and execute ServiceNow roadmap working with a multifaceted contractor workforce
  • Manage technical resources, budget, schedule, customer engagement, and ensure high end-user satisfaction.
  • Lead and facilitate requirements discussions with internal and external stakeholders and third-party contributors
  • Provide subject matter expertise for ServiceNow for the enterprise


Required Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in information technology with at least 4 years of ServiceNow experience
  • Must have hands on expert ServiceNow development experience across multiple modules
  • Familiarity with organizational change management
  • Demonstrates a high degree of customer service and team work
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum concepts
  • Knowledge of ITIL concepts
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
