If so, lets talk.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesIBM is hiring a Q2C Talent Leader in Atlanta, GA, or Raleigh, NC, or North Castle, NY. We are not providing relocation for this position.The Talent Leader is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of the talent program roadmap for Q2C employees within the Americas from an organizational development and capability perspective. This role will lead all HR initiatives related to people development, talent planning and strategic skill identification for the future of the Americas Q2C organization. The Talent Leader will collaborate with each of the Americas Q2C Market Leaders and CoE Leads on execution of strategies related to the above. They will also collaborate with the Enterprise Operations & Services Talent Team in order to implement strategic initiatives across the Q2C organization. They provide functional program planning, development, execution, coaching, and consultancy to ensure that business objectives are met. The Talent Leader influences and advises management and other professionals on strategic and tactical decisions. They analyze complex or new situations and implement solutions or develop new approaches, procedures or processes.This role needs to be ready to change the way we perceive and manage Talent in IBM (attraction, retention, development, recognition, promotion) by bringing bold ideas from inside and outside the company and become an (externally recognized) expert for talent management for an Agile organization.Talent Program Pillars:Talent Management

Develop and execute processes to identify top talent and high potentials, facilitating the use of data to make objective assessments about employee capabilities

Identify initiatives to help develop top talent and high potentials to promote career growth

Analyze talent data to uncover risks in the talent supply chain and develop solutions to mitigate those risks

Facilitate the visibility and flexible access to talent pools within the organization

Career Growth

Develop and deploy career growth initiatives, providing transparency to employees about how to grow their careers at IBM

Partner with other talent professionals within other areas of IBM to identify strategic growth initiatives and profession development programs to integrate within Q2C

Coach leaders on methodologies for how best to develop learning experiences and provide career growth opportunities for their employees

Skill Development

Use qualitative and quantitative data gathering techniques to understand current skill supply and demand

Use data to project future skill needs to accomplish business objectives

Design and execute programs to develop strategic skills

Partner with leaders to facilitate the identification of skill pools and how best to leverage the skills in Q2C

Provide consultative and coaching support to squad leaders to help them achieve the appropriate skill mix to meet and exceed squad objectives

Develop innovative learning approaches to efficiently and effectively help employees achieve skill mastery

Ways of Working:Demand and Delivery Management

Manages a platform/forum of stakeholders to prioritize program demand in a matrix organization (Geo, location, reporting line strategy)

Agrees clear measures of success and facilitates the collaboration of Talent Advisors to achieve talent program goals

Manages multiple funnels of work and ensures a prioritized backlog representing key stakeholders (Geo Talent Executive, Geo Leader and Market Leaders)

Delivers healthy and sustainable solutions to address local, tactical and strategic needs with a focus on self-service

Ensures deliverables are in line with IBM corporate and HR policies
