Job Description

As a valued colleague on our Credit Policy and Risk Management Marketing team, you will act in a lead role working with Single-Family business partners to help them achieve their business objectives through developing and implementing marketing and communications strategies and content.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
The Business-to-Business Marketing and Communications -Lead Associate role will offer you the ability toworkalongside people who care,so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business-to-business marketing and communications strategies to support business policy and risk management business objectives.
  • Build marketing programs designed to keep Fannie customers (lenders)/stakeholders informed of policy/guideline changes.
  • Develop marketing campaigns utilizing channels/techniques of beacon B2B marketers.
  • Harness the power of Fannie Mae data and insights to create compelling content that drives / builds our brand.

Qualifications

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences

  • 4 years related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Solid business-to-business marketing strategy and communications experience.
  • Strong writing and content development skills.
  • Mortgage market, financial services, or other highly regulated industry experience.
  • Experience with legal, investor relations, risk management policy/process communications.
  • Ability to understand the complexities of business policies / contractual terms and translate them clearly and accurately into simplified communications for a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to identify and persuasively communicate unique value propositions and differentiators.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • A team player with a collaborative working style and a willingness to contribute to all aspects of team's work product.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills and ability to work under aggressive deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.


Desired Experiences

  • Degree in marketing and/or business preferred.
