Job Description

ProSource360 Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a dynamic recruiter to support our corporate headquarters in Washington D.C. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, work on competing priorities and have experience in the government consulting arena. This team member will be responsible for thefull life cycle recruitment of both technical and non-technical positionsfor various positions within the organization. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of filling positions under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager and Lead Corporate Recruiter, work to identify talent needs for the organization
  • Develop position descriptions and post job advertisements on relevant job boards
  • Source and contact potential candidates by utilizing various recruitment methods including resume databases, social media, colleges, Internet job boards, employee referrals, career fairs and attend networking events etc.
  • Develop and maintain candidate pipeline to meet future staffing needs
  • Develop standardized screening questions specific to each position
  • Screen applicant resumes based on minimum requirements of position
  • Conduct phone interviews and make recommendations on candidates for in-person or video interviews
  • Schedule in-person or video interviews with selected candidates with the leadership team
  • Manage the offer approval process under the direction of Human Resources Manager
  • Negotiate salaries, draft, and extend offer letters
  • Maintain requisitions and candidate data in applicant tracking system and compile reports from database, as requested
  • Partner with the HR team for seamless transition to onboarding
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to the recruitment and hiring process
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment related HR projects and services
  • Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system and be responsible for the smooth operation of the recruitment process within the system

Qualifications

Required

  • Associates or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3 - 5 years of recruiting experience required
  • Experience working with various Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Knowledge in recruitment techniques utilizing, but not limited to, job boards, associations and social media
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Preferred

  • Recruitment experience in the federal & commercial arenas, highly preferred
  • Experience recruiting for roles that have a minimum-security requirement for the DoD and civilian agencies
