My client is looking for a D365 CE Consultant (Technical) to join their Federal Team. This position is part of a multi-year project that will be working a HYBRID work week near the DC Metro Area. This client is one of the top Microsoft Partners in the Public Sector. You must posess a TS Clearance in order to be considered for this role.
Responsibilities
Work closely with knowledge management and business groups in order to understand and quantify Dynamics CRM related business requirements
Document, track, prioritize, and communicate change requests/new system requirements
Create advanced finds, dashboards, SQL reports and workflows
Communicate to customer all ongoing implementations, system upgrades/features and downtime interruptions
Qualifications
Experience with:
Developing, deploying, customizing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Installing and deploying CRM Organizations
Customizing and creating CRM entities
Understanding and implementing business workflows and processes
Top Secret Clearance Required
