Job Description:

Our global media client is looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to provide technical end-user computer and mobile device support. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot mobile devices, workstations, servers, and network issues. You will be responsible for resolving the end user's computer issues, including loan/track loaner hardware, printer troubleshooting and configuration, and installing software and hardware peripherals. You will work with the Enterprise Service Desk and their GIS teams.

Required Skills:

  • Previous experience in troubleshooting hardware, network, and remote access problems
  • Ability to analyze and solve semi-routine and more complex computer-related problems
  • LAN/WAN knowledge
  • 3- 5 years of experience in the following:
    • Working in a fast-paced, demanding desktop support environment for a medium to large company
    • Executive-level support in a corporate enterprise setting in an onsite and remote capacity
    • Supporting Windows 10 and OS X
    • Supporting Microsoft Office suite of products
    • Supporting multifunction network printers
    • Supporting remote users
    • Supporting video conferencing solutions such as Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, Blue Jeans, Google Hangout and Zoom, etc.
    • Using a helpdesk ticketing solution to manage workload
    • Using cloud apps (Egnyte and Nasuni)
    • VMware
    • JAMF/JAMF Cloud management
    • Windows Server 2012/2016/2019
  • BA / BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, and/or 3-5 years equivalent technical support work experience

  • Excellent communication skills
