Job Description

Develop, lead and manage a high-performing east region marketing team while over-seeing end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for the region including PR and communications, growth marketing, point-of-sale marketing (proposals, presentations and sales tools), and property marketing.

This role requires a heavy focus on operational excellence, leadership and sales enablement acumen. The successful candidate will lead a team of marketers to drive innovation and differentiation at every stage of the sales funnel and improve Stream’s competitive advantage in the marketplace.

This role will report to the Chief Marketing Officer while partnering with local market leaders and partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, manage and motivate an innovative and strategic marketing team covering Stream’s east region locations
  • Set and drive implementation of strategic goals/priorities for the division in alignment with the business
  • Serve as primary business partner and advisor to regional leadership and professionals
  • Serves as single point of contact for pursuits, presentations and proposals, collaborating with sales professionals to develop strategies and value propositions for proposals and presentations; defines a story framework, maps content to key messages; leverages innovative mediums/technology; directs data visualization; and resources the right team members to ensure timely delivery.
  • Creative oversight of all marketing and business development materials to ensure consistent quality, messaging, tone of voice and brand standards
  • Help drive revenue through strategic marketing plans, effective workflows and high performing marketing talent
  • Serve as ambassador, champion and advocate for the Marketing platform and Stream brand to internal and external audiences
  • Develop regional market value propositions and core messaging aimed at revenue and brand share
  • Develop and implement internal and external marketing plans for the markets and its professionals throughout the east region
  • Clearly articulate the Stream’s position in the marketplace in order to position and effectively champion Stream’s marketing platform as an essential revenue-driving partner to our professionals
  • Promote and leverage the full sales enablement platform across the sales funnel, specifically: delivering strategic, client-focused presentations and proposals in partnership with market leaders, vertical leaders, support functions and transaction professionals
  • Ensures effective PR placement opportunities across all business lines either through in-house resources or 3rd party agencies.
  • Directs, coaches, evaluates and mentors marketing personnel to ensure they are meeting/exceeding expectations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, MBA preferred
  • Minimum of eight years of related experience and/or training
  • Commercial real estate knowledge required
  • Position based in eastern Stream office locations, preferably Nashville TN

  • Must be able to manage multiple projects at once and be given a variety of tasks and determine a priority and delegate appropriately
