SCOPE OF WORK: The scope of this task order is for the Consultant to assist FPI with current configurations of the FPI SAP system as well as provide senior-level knowledge of a modules in use by FPI such as Production Planning, Sales and Distribution, Material Management, Payroll or General Ledger. The Consultant must assist FPI with business processes that pertain to the FPI SAP system, including FPI business processes in the relevant modules and/or Third Party Interfaces.
Consultant must assist with configuration of SAP in a corrections environment for inmate security. The Consultant will assist in the testing, configuration changes that may come with upgrades and patching.
The Consultant is required to provide knowledge transfer to current FPI staff.
The position will report to the Chief of the ERP section within FPI.
This will require the following skillset;
1.SAP ERP resource with firsthand knowledge of FPIs SAP system configuration, to include configuration of third party software. Resource with expertise in of SAP configuration module.
2.SAP ERP Resource with the ability to provide training and knowledge transfer to new and junior level staff in areas of SAP Supply Chain.
3.SAP ERP resource with knowledge of FPI's US treasury G-invoicing and SAP API integration.
4.SAP ERP resource with project management experience, coordinating efforts of Function and technical team members.
TASKS:
a.The consultant will provide project management expertise, coordinating functional and technical team efforts for projects as assigned. Knowledge of SAP integration options.
b.Provide trouble-shooting assistance when issues arise within the FPI SAP ERP system. Consultant will possess expertise in FPI business process to assist where needed in supply chain management, materials management, and production plaining.
c.Provide assistance in the upgrade of the SAP S/4 HANA during support pack or version updates. Consultant will have knowledge of FPI third party interfaces, providing knowledge and testing expertise.
d.Provide recommendations which would further improve system performance.
e.Work with primary administrators to ensure that administrative coverage is maintained.
f.Provide senior-level knowledge transfer and informal training to FPI junior-level staff.
g.Assist the project manager by tracking actual costs against the budgeted amounts for all contract delivery orders and task orders.
h.Assist and work with key end users and technical personnel to develop and/or configure the ERP system in accordance to the FPI requirement. FPI will ensure testing and documentation is maintained in accordance with SDLC.

oMust be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain a security clearance.
oBachelor's degree with preferred study in information technology, computer science, business or equivalent experience and certifications.
