Join us.ResponsibilitiesAs a manager, you will lead projects and other team members focused on improving Federal Government Human Resource (HR) related processes and procedures. Qualified candidates will bring knowledge of Federal Government HR processes along with experience with Lean Six Sigma to document processes, facilitate discussions to identify and prioritize areas for improvement, and provide training and process documentation on new/improved processes and procedures. Successful candidates will have prior experience leading high performing teams and must be able to manage multiple, parallel tasks, have a strong work ethic, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.QualificationsRequired: Minimum Years of Experience: 8 years of relevant experience supporting U.S. government agencies, experience with national security, international affairs, and other similar US agencies preferred. Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s degree Active Security Clearance at the SECRET level Experience leading high performing teams Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or significant experience using Lean approaches to process improvement efforts Knowledge and experience with Federal HR process improvement Outstanding communication, change management, and project management skills Strong analytical and organization skills with attention to detail and experience leading collaborative teams Experience leading facilitations with senior leaders Ability to plan and confidently facilitate workshops to bring together process owners and stakeholders in mapping out and streamlining processes.Desired: Knowledge of the Government Security Clearance Process as it relates to onboarding and hiringThis role supports client work contractually requiring Secret security clearanceAdditional Requirements
