Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team, you will provide expert advice on the development and review of all content for site, email, display, and social media, execute successful design and implementation of digital initiatives and omni-channel campaigns, ensure the flow of information and assets to and from the creative team, and monitor adherence to brand standards and creative deadlines.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

The Marketing and Communications - Creative Operations - Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

· Drive strategic planning and oversee tactical execution of high-priority campaigns and initiatives.

· Facilitate communications with executive stakeholders across various teams to align on campaign objectives, outcomes deliverables and success metrics.

· Provide senior project management of high-priority, complex projects that require close partnership with Creative Studios leads or collaboration with leadership across Marketing & Communications team.

· Partner with creative leads in development of creative strategy for campaigns and complex projects.

· Evaluate and provide insight regarding the creative process and workflow, from creative brief submission to release of digital assets.

· Ensure and participate in the collaboration between editors, copywriters, and designers, video producers and event managers.

· Review and edit digital assets for accuracy prior to review by the cross-functional teams.

· Compile and evaluate vendor approvals for brand assets.

· Develop timelines for photography, copy, and design, as well as review deadlines for creative assets.

· Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion

· Highly knowledgeable in the area of marketing principles and strategies across different platforms and channels

· Adept in the creative development and production process for a wide range of applications

· Experienced in design-thinking and the application of it in marketing campaign strategy and concept development

· Highly skilled in written and verbal communications, including C-suite and executive level communications

· Skilled in the development and management of cross-functional campaign work plans

· Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal

· The group of skills related to Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.

· Experience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data

· Experience identifying measures, or indicators of system performance, and the actions needed to improve or correct performance to achieve desired outcomes

· Determining causes of operating errors and taking corrective action

· The group of skills related to Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict

· The group of skills related to Business Insight including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc.

· Skilled in creating visual concepts, creating content, and editing content by hand or with the help with computer software to communicate ideas

· Experience using SAP Fieldglass

· Skilled in using Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Premier Pro, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe XD, and Acrobat DC
