Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking candidates for a Senior Full Stack Developer position in Washington, D.C. This position will be involved in all phases of the software development life cycle for custom federal government applications comprising a variety of programming languages, databases, and tools, contributing to large development efforts employing modern technology stacks. We're looking for highly experienced with 2-3 years of MEAN/MERN experience and at least 8 years of total development experience.

At this time, we cannot consider 100% remote candidates . There may be some partial (1-2 days/week) remote flexibility down the road, but we require and on-site resource for this position.

Responsibilities of the Senior Full Stack Developer:

• Working independently and within a team, you will be involved in all phases of the software development lifecycle for custom client/server web-based applications, comprising a variety of programming languages, databases, and business intelligence tools.

• You will have the opportunity to strengthen your already strong skill set while learning new technologies utilized across our team's breadth and depth of projects.

• You will contribute to large development efforts employing modern technology stacks like MEAN, MERN, Alfresco Content Services, Alfresco Process Manager, PostGres, ElasticSearch, Kibana, and Neo4j) that affect a national client base.



Qualifications of the Senior Full Stack Developer:

• 2+ years of experience with MEAN or MERN stack, with 8+ years of overall development experience

• Active Secret Clearance

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (preferred - but required if candidate does not have 10+ years of experience and a clearance)

• Strong experience with the following technologies:

o JavaScript

o Node

o Angular, React, or similar JS framework

o MongoDB (if no experience with Mongo, SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar)

o Any knowledge of, or experience with, Postgres, ElasticSearch, Kibana, Java, Neo4j (plus, not required)



Compensation for the Senior Full Stack Developer:

• Salary: Dependent on candidate's level of experience, ranging from $125k/year to $175k/year
