As an Oracle EBS Functional Analyst in our practice you will:


  • Supporting Program Management Office functions

  • Analyzing business/functional capabilities

  • Creating and updating functional design specifications for new or enhanced functionality

  • Documenting process flows

  • Maintaining and updating Oracle EBS application configurations

  • Developing use cases, test scenarios and test scripts

  • Conducting unit, integration and user acceptance testing

  • Developing and updating end-user training materials for new or enhanced functionality

  • Troubleshooting and resolving user issues/tickets

Oracle Enterprise Solutions (OES)

Our Oracle Enterprise Solutions practice provides services from ERP and Cloud Strategy, through Business Transformation and Applications Implementation, to Operate and Cloud Release Management. We modernize our client's business and core environments to leverage technology innovations around Cloud, Digital, Mobility and Social Collaboration. We help our clients address digital transformation by designing modern applications and industry specific solutions to deliver outcomes that improve flexibility, scalability and cost management. Oracle ERP products include Oracle Cloud SaaS, EBS, PeopleSoft, and JD Edwards.

Professionals can expect to deliver "heart of the business" projects and work closely with client leaders in finance, logistics, manufacturing, shop floor, scheduling, engineering and design, IT, project management as well as the C-suite including the CEO, CFO, CIO and COO. We assess current business processes and capabilities as part of digital transformation initiatives and support strategic priorities across clients' enterprises.



Basic Qualifications:


  • Active Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • 3+ years' experience working in an Oracle EBS environment


Preferred Qualifications:


  • U.S. Citizenship required

  • interim Secret clearance or higher

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Ability to learn new concepts, ideas, and technologies

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Experience facilitating meetings and driving action items to closure

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience with design, unit testing, and deployment of RICEW (Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Extensions, and Workflows) objects in Oracle EBS R12.2.x

  • Experience performing configuration activities to support one or more of the following modules: Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), iProcurement, Requisitions, Purchasing, Payables, Payments, Federal Administrator, General Ledger, Projects, Receivables, Billing, etc.

  • Experience creating functional design specifications (MD-50s)

  • Knowledge or Sub-Ledger Accounting (SLA) rules and configuration a plus

  • Ability to prepare weekly and month status reports, and project briefings for senior clients and project leadership

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

  • Summary This position is located in the Office of Adjudication, Adjudication Policy Division, Passport Services, Bureau of Consular Affairs (CA/PPT/S/A/AP). There is no substitute of education for specialized experience for the GS-14 position.
