Our client, a leading non-profit is looking for an Organizational Development Project Manager to partner with the team to help with the design, development and delivery of customized solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities of the Organizational Development Project Manager:
  • Lead OD-related projects and programs to enhance organizational performance, effectiveness, workforce engagement/experience, and culture
  • Work with HR leaders to design and deliver organizational programs and strategies
  • Talk with HR leadership/colleagues on developing options for organizing and aligning strategy, capabilities, work and people
  • Research trends and leverage complex data from various sources
  • Communicate status updates to leadership based on data
  • Check the accuracy of complex data and analyses for other team members
  • Write clear and detailed documentation for multiple complex projects

The incumbent serves as IT Project Manager reporting to the Chief, PMO. As an IT Project Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Serves as an IT Project Manager (PM) managing and overseeing the performance of complex and highly sensitive administrative, analytical, and technical duties relative to Information Technology (IT) systems development, testing, evaluation functions, life cycle logistics, resource management, risk management, and leadership. Serves as the Business Relationship Manager (BRM), working as a liaison between end users, solutions engineers, and project teams to deliver valued IT solutions. Manages a portfolio of IT-related projects from initiation to completion, including project management of new and ongoing projects. Defines measures, monitors performance of project management activities, and implements corrective action. Monitors project costs and develops executive briefs to provide project burn rate. Provides expert technical advice, guidance, and recommendations to management and other technical specialists on critical IT issues. Negotiates emerging issues and changes in project requirements and advise leadership when issues are beyond their scope to resolve. Evaluates business processes, develops requirements, uncovers areas for improvement, and implements solutions that eliminate inefficient and redundant processes. Provides leadership and coordination to teams of technical personnel who perform a wide range of functions related to design and implementation of IT Services. Initiates contact and provides expert technical advice and direction to contractor professionals performing IT projects that involve substantive, mission-oriented programs or which have a high degree of complexity or risk.
