QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • SAP technical certification in the product being supported - SAP FI/CO/PS/GM/FM certifications
  • Certification in at least one formal development methodology
  • Minimum seven years of experience in Information Technology, including at least five in in a Functional Analyst role in the SAP solution(s) specified in the requirement, selected from the list below:
    • SAP Business Suite (ERP, SRM, SCM, CRM)
    • Ariba Network
    • SAP Solution Manager
    • Business Workflow
    • Business Process Management (BPM)
    • Business Warehouse
  • Minimum five years of experience in a Functional Analyst or Configurator role with the SAP application modules and business areas specified in the requirement, selected from the list below:
    • Financials
      • General Ledger
      • Accounts Receivable
      • Accounts Payable
      • Controlling
    • Portfolio and Project Management
      • Project System
      • Grants Management
      • Funds Management
  • Knowledge of change and release management processes
  • Experience in at least two full implementation life-cycle of the SAP application(s), specified in the requirement
  • Ability to estimate reliably the time, effort, dependencies, and resources required to complete a development task
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in client-focused service delivery environments
  • Requires working knowledge of business operations and systems requirements processes
  • Skilled at conflict resolution, negotiation, and bringing parties together to discuss and resolve issues.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Deep knowledge of and expertise in configuration of business processes in FI modules with experience in Funds and Grants Management functional areas; 3+ years of experience preferred
  • Skilled in configuring Business Partner, Contract Accounts Payable/Receivable, Collections Management, Payment Plans, Funds management, Banking & Business Rule Framework
  • Experience in designing and implementing SAP Finance and Grants Management module with at least 1 full project lifecycle implementation with SAP CRM
  • Integration experience other functional modules, in particular Grants/Funds Management and Project Systems
  • Demonstrated experience in blueprint and build activities for the integration of legacy systems into a SAP environment
  • Recent successes in multi-faceted, fast paced project delivery roles
  • Experience with On-Premises and Cloud Application Management and Support
  • Experience with SAP Finance, SAP Grants and Funds Management ECC and HANA implementation
  • Expertise in business requirement development and documentation
  • Knowledge and expertise in all phases of development and deployment lifecycle
  • Excellent communication skills, working collaboratively with others inclusive of senior executives
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships both within the business and with external / internal customers
  • Experience driving change in large nation-wide organizations.
  • Extensive experience configuration and/or systems analysis experience.
  • Have a broad level of understanding surrounding information systems and application architecture standards.
SKILL SET (Must Have):
  • Strong experience with SAP FICO consulting and implementation roles
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
    • Strong ability to communicate technical concepts, terms and language to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.

    • Excellent consulting and customer facing skills
    • Experience working within an offshore and onshore delivery model
