We're looking for a talented Scrum Master to help support a digital transformation project. You will guide a team to maximize their ability, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and interface with the business. Experience guiding Agile teams is a must!

Responsibilities of the Scrum Master:
  • Serve as the Scrum Master for 1-2 software development or data engineering teams
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospective, etc.
  • Provide active interfacing and teamwork with Product Owner and stakeholders
  • Help guide and establish Agile best practices and help implement the proper tools
  • Groom and maintain the backlog with the Product Owner
  • Partner with other business units to promote Agile principles across the organization

Requirements of the Scrum Master:
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 11 years of experience
  • At least 8 years of specialized experience
  • First-level Scrum Master certification
  • Familiarity with Agile values, principles, processes, and methods, including Scrum ceremonies
  • Successful experience applying Agile concepts and techniques driving projects to completion
  • Hands-on experience with Agile tools like JIRA, Version One, Rally, etc.
