of GS-15, you will be part of Ofc of the Chief Information Officer,

Office of Personnel Management. If selected, the incumbent will be

responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and performance of

the digital modernization efforts.Learn more about this agencyResponsibilities

Provide authoritative guidance and expertise to senior OCIO and

OPM officials on complex and potentially controversial issues

related to digital modernization through using agile development

and procurement, and user center design methodologies.

Serve as confidential, senior-level advisor to position OCIO to

deliver an integrated service delivery model and 21st century

customer experience that compares to or exceeds that of leading

private sector organizations.

Direct, plan, coordinate, and develop all integrated policies

and procedures across all of OCIO and its diverse business

functions. Lead internal and external communications to include

OPM-wide, Congressional, and across the federal enterprise.

Identify innovative opportunities to engage the OCIO workforce

through cutting-edge engagement opportunities such as Town

Hall/All Hands meetings, internal newsletters and communications

items, and messaging from OCIO leadership.

QualificationsFor the GS 15: You must one year of specialized experience at the

GS-14 level (or equivalent)that includes ALL of the following:Performing as a Senior Advisor in an organization directing and

consulting with department heads and/or agency program officials

concerning complex digital modernization matters and issues;

translating technical information in regards to digital

modernization efforts and program design to senior management

officials; addressing priorities and alternative plans to ensure

effective communication of program initiatives; analyzing data that

shapes digital modernization policy direction and program

development; oversee and performing a variety of complex analytical

assignments to resolve issues and problems.Applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade requirements to be

considered eligible. One year at the GS-14 level is required to meet

the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-15 level.You must meet all qualification and eligibility requirements by the
