Support delivery and development of advisory services to clients, primarily with services related to project, program, or portfolio management

Lead small sized teams to deliver Transformation Delivery and supporting services to clients; coach and mentor team members for high performance

Utilize functional and industry knowledge to identify complex client issues

Assist in the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including contributing to articles, whitepapers, and policy development efforts

Lead and support the development of policy implementation and the development of procedures

Ensure scope of work, deliverables, quality, budget, and overall support are managed in accordance with contract requirements and KPMG standards

Qualifications:A minimum of three years of experience with project, program or portfolio management, specifically with large-scale transformation programs, involving business process, organization, and technology components

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field from an accredited college/university; PMP, Certified BA, and/ or ScrumMaster Certification a plus.

Demonstrated experience positively influencing, mentoring and being a credible source of knowledge to less experienced team members; must be able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high-performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and team work

Proven experience in business and solution development, project/program management, and project delivery

Strong communication skills and ability to establish rapport with colleagues and clients

Strong critical thinking skills, ability to exercise independent judgment and manage complexity and ambiguity.
