KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Specialist to join our Federal Advisory practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize technical and industry knowledge to identify complex client issues and build long-term business relationships with key executives through engagement delivery and networking in professional organizations
  • Design and build Tableau Data Sources
  • Administer Tableau servers in multiple environments for maximum efficiency and performance
  • Maintain and optimize existing data sources, and create new data sources and reports
  • Create and design custom / complex visualizations (reports and dashboards) required to support user stories, including UI/Visualization aspects
  • Manage and provide leadership to teams of staff-level professionals and become actively involved in staff development and practice management

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of three years of Tableau Development experience; U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; MIS from an accredited college/university preferred
  • Experience building and designing Tableau Data Sources
  • Experience in selecting, collecting, ingesting, processing, transforming, and enriching large datasets (structured and unstructured)
  • Expertise in data management, custom SQL, Tableau prep, system testing, Tableau Server configuration, publishing dashboards / reports, and IT design
  • Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal government security clearance within a reasonable period of time, which requires U.S. Citizenship
