Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team, you will use your expert knowledge to provide overall direction with strategic latitude. In this role, you will guide the team in planning, directing, or coordinating business unit operational activities with the support of your team and management.

The SF Risk - Business Administration - Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Identify needs of the business through understanding unit operations and broader enterprise context.
  • Coordinate stakeholders and team members to deliver strategic business initiatives.
  • Encourage team members to streamline efficiencies and drive productivity.
  • Align the priorities and efforts of multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders across the enterprise
  • Support an executive in day-to-day operational matters and monitor activities and processes that an executive is responsible for
  • Plan, initiate and manage projects; identifying action steps and their owners and coordinating the efforts to achieve results within planned timelines and budgets; monitoring progress against targets and making adjustments as needed
  • Create, implement and oversee department outreach activities and programs

Qualifications

Minimum Required Experiences

  • 4 years

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent

Skills

  • The group of skills related to Risk Assessment and Management including evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, remediating risk, etc.
  • Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
  • The group of skills related to Business Insight including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc.
  • Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as Crystal Reports, Excel, or SSRS
  • Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
  • The group of skills related to Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.
  • Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives
  • Experience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data
  • The group of skills related to Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
  • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
  • The group of skills related to Operational Excellence including improving and overseeing operations

Tools

  • Experience using scheduling software to book events
  • Skilled in Excel
  • Experience using RiskWorks
  • Experience using SharePoint
