Job DescriptionCACI’s Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS) Sector is seeking a Sr. UX Software Engineer & Designer who at times may perform as a tech lead for multiple tasks in design, implementation, and integration of software who independently performs exceptionally complex software development tasks. You will ensure efficient delivery of contract capabilities using industry standards and repeatable processes. You will have the opportunity to mitigate risks, control costs and schedule variance, and effectively manage large scale, integrated projects.What You’ll Get to Do:

Lead the communicating efforts of complex scientific data and intelligence information through advanced visual UX/UI design techniques.

Provide liaison between information providers and consumers with a focus on consistency and quality.

Designed compelling visual aids for communicating complex datasets to senior level customers.

Briefed and advised high ranking government and civilian authorities.

Provide quality and tradecraft guidance on all Agency related visual support.

Create and implemented training plans for designers, developer staff, and intelligence personnel.

Develop, test, and deploy analytic applications, working with end-users to incorporate feedback into the development process

Ingest and analyze structured and unstructured data into developed applications

Sustain existing software applications

Support software release activities, including: perform functional testing, preparing required documentation for accreditation;

Compile reports on performance/usage metrics, schedules, and application roadmaps

Identify, research, and integrate leading edge technologies and tools as required

Participate in technical exchange and senior-level working group meetings

You’ll Bring these Qualifications:Clearance:

Active TS/SCI w/Poly clearance.

Education:

Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of related work

Required Skills:

Experience as an Art/Creative Director.

10+ solid years of experience in developing SW applications

Adobe Creative Cloud: Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Light room, Premiere Pro, XD, Spark, Dimensions

Agile development methodologies and practices -“ Scrum, user stories, backlogs, continuous integration, retrospectives, etc.

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills necessary to function within a team environment

These Qualification Would be Nice to Have:

Experience developing analytic applications for an IC organization
