and hones strategies in regards to US Immigration and Nationality

laws, regulations, and policies and programs that administer

Serve as a supervisor under a Branch Chief within the Fraud

Detection and National Security Directorate (FDNS) and report to

the Branch Chief and Division Chief

Direct subordinates in the conduct of inquiries (e.g. systems

checks, biometric evaluations, screening and vetting, management

of site visits assignments etc.).

Direct FDNS Immigration Officers and staff in the development of

USCIS anti-fraud, national security, and intelligence,

procedures, and guidance.

Coordinate fraud, public safety, and national security

initiatives with local, regional and national USCIS offices, as

well as other state, local and federal law enforcement agencies

and task forces.

Perform the first-line administrative and human resource

management functions relative to the staff supervised.

Establish guidelines and performance expectations for staff

members, and prepare plans, reports and analysis of FDNS work

QualificationsThe position for which you are applying will be moving along with

the USCIS headquarters to Camp Springs, Maryland in the fall

of 2020. The new USCIS headquarters will be a state of the art

facility conveniently located by the Branch Avenue Metro Station on

the green line and a short distance from Exit 7 (Branch Avenue /

Route 5) on the Capital Beltway. USCIS headquarters offers telework

and alternate work schedule opportunities for eligible positions.

the new recruit may have to attend a 6-week BASIC training program

at the discretion of FDNS senior management. Should FDNS senior
