Our client, an educational association located in Washington, DC is seeking a temporary Customer Service Associate to join their team!About You:Bachelor's degree is required.1+ years of customer service or membership experience is required.Experience with a membership database is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.The Job:Provide excellent customer service to members and assist with inquiries via email, live chat, and inbound/outbound phone calls.Assist members with troubleshooting technical member service issues.Input all member information into database.Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.This is a great temporary opportunity that pays $16/hour and is slated to last 3-4 months. This is an excellent role for someone that has superb customer service experience and is looking to move into a professional office environment.
